Sounds of the Labyrinth
Composer James Carlson, at Sewanee, put together this multimedia event celebrating the history of the labyrinth and exploring new applications of its meanings. I collaborated with the dancers and made a 7-minute film to Marin Marais' 1717 composition which depicts the feelings of being lost in the Versailles labyrinth.
I also was allowed to perform Satie's Gnossiennes on the piano during intermission!
(the movie will appear here eventually!)
